The design of our galvanizing lines are customize based on the requirements of our customers. We have developed our know-how in the field of engineering and design from years of experience in this field. For increased productivity, various automations are included in our
line design including the introduction of our special galvanizing winch system.
| １． AUTOMATIC PIPE GALVANIZING |

In our design, we fully automate the galvanizing
process; i.e. dipping of the pipes into and withdrawal from
the zinc bath, the outside and inside blow system (to achieve
uniform and controlled zinc coating), quench cooling of the
pipes. |
| ２． GENERAL GALVANIZING |

This type of galvanizing line, also commonly know as batch
type galvanizing, is used to hot-dip galvanize steel structures
of bridges, pedestrian bridge, guard rails, road signs, H-beam,
platforms along with other section steel forms. |
| ３．SPECIAL GALVANIZING WINCH |

Our original designed Special Galvanizing Winch system is used with General (batch Type) Galvanizing Line to handle the automatic withdrawal of complicated steel materials/ structures from the zinc bath at various adjustable speeds to achieve uniform and beautiful zinc coating finish. |
